Looking for an airline phone number, a reservations email or a way to follow up a ticket? Start with the airline-specific contacts below. This directory covers 15 Nigerian passenger and cargo airlines and separates an airline’s own support from travel assistance available through Travo in Lagos and across Nigeria.
Choose your airline
Which desk should you contact?
| New flight or reservation | Give route, dates, passenger count and any flexibility. Request the total fare, baggage conditions and ticketing deadline. |
|---|---|
| Paid but no ticket | Give payment time, amount and transaction reference. Explain whether you received a booking reference or only a bank debit. |
| Change or refund | Include ticket details, the original seller and your desired outcome. Ask for the applicable terms and a case reference. |
| Baggage | Keep the bag tag and any airport report reference. Contact the airline or handling desk promptly for the specific flight. |
| Air cargo | Give goods, dimensions, weight, origin, destination and deadline. A passenger call centre may need to refer you to cargo sales. |
Important corrections to older contact lists
Allied Air’s contact source is alliedairng.com; alliedaircargo.com opened a domain-sale page during this review. United Nigeria’s current public site is flyunitednigeria.com. Max Air and ValueJet publish newer phone contacts than those in some older lists. Ibom Air’s current travel-information page supplies a newer smart-number starting point. Each detailed guide explains the source and any limitations rather than treating every old number as current.
Before calling or emailing
Have your passenger name, route, date, booking reference and ticket number ready. State one clear outcome: retrieve the ticket, price a date change, trace a payment or consider a refund. For a booking made through an agency, identify that seller before asking for changes. Keep replies in the same email thread and save acknowledgement references.
Check the domain of a contact page before sending documents. Do not post your booking reference publicly or send passwords, card PINs or one-time codes. When an office visit is needed, confirm the department, location and hours first. A central office address is not automatically your departure terminal or a cargo receiving point.
Travel support from Lagos with Travo
For a new journey, Travo can discuss flight-booking assistance, airport transfers and related travel arrangements. Send your route, dates, traveller count and baggage needs through Travo’s enquiry page. We will confirm the available service and quotation. For an existing booking made through Travo, quote your Travo booking reference; airline decisions and fare rules still apply.
Explore international flight planning from Nigeria, group and corporate flight enquiries and Travo’s travel and logistics services. For goods rather than passengers, use international shipping support.
