Individual booking help or Umza corporate and charter enquiries?
For an individual flight question, start with the general support email or call numbers. For a company account, charter or pilgrimage enquiry, the contact page names corporate@umzaair.com. A charter request needs the route, date, passenger count and operational requirements; it is different from asking to change one scheduled-flight ticket.
For a WhatsApp message, use the number printed in the contact page’s dedicated WhatsApp section. Provide the essential itinerary and ask for a case reference or written confirmation of the proposed change. If you need an Abuja office visit, confirm that staff can address the issue during the stated service hours. A message sent outside those hours should not be treated as accepted travel arrangements.
