For a charter, XEJet’s services information directs commercial enquiries to commercial@xejet.com. Include the proposed airports, timing flexibility, passenger count and luggage needs so the request is not mistaken for a single-seat fare enquiry.
A premium scheduled ticket and an entire-aircraft charter have different availability and pricing processes.
