Run the delivery hub for your city. Partner with Travo.

Logistics is becoming the backbone of how Nigeria shops, sells and moves. Travo is building the national network that powers it — and we’re looking for committed local partners to own and run the hubs. You bring a location and local drive; we bring the brand, the orders, the technology and weekly payouts.

Each hub gets an exclusive territory while targets are met

A business that’s ready to run on day one

A Travo hub is a branded depot and drop-off point in your area, fitted with two dispatch bikes and a small van. The demand, the systems and the money-handling already exist — your job is to run great local operations. Here’s how the partnership splits.

📍

You hold the ground

A street-level unit in a busy part of your city, the bikes and van, and a small local team you hire and manage.

📲

Travo sends the orders

Customers book through the Travo app and website. Jobs in your zone are routed to your hub first — national marketing fills the pipeline.

🛵

You run deliveries

Your riders accept, pick up and deliver. You hit the service targets; we handle pricing, support and the driver app.

💰

You get paid weekly

Travo collects every payment — cash on delivery included — and pays your commission seven days after delivery.

What Travo brings

  • The platform, the brand and the app your hub lists inside
  • A flow of real orders, routed to your zone first
  • National marketing that keeps demand coming
  • Pricing set for you — no haggling, no guesswork
  • All payment collection, including cash on delivery
  • Weekly payouts, seven days after delivery
  • Driver app, onboarding and ongoing operational support

What you bring

  • A qualifying location — owned or leased — in your target area
  • Two dispatch bikes and one small van
  • The branding fit-out (we supply the kit and the look)
  • A small local team: riders, a driver and an attendant
  • Working capital to run the first weeks smoothly
  • Commitment to the service standards that keep your territory exclusive

What a hub can earn

These are illustrative monthly scenarios for a single hub — built from the franchise model’s own unit economics, based on roughly 26 working days. They are not a guarantee. A hub that’s still building demand can sit near break-even; a strong, well-run hub in a busy zone does considerably better. What’s fixed is the structure: you earn a commission on every job, and you’re paid weekly.

Your actual result depends on your location, your team, how well you run the hub and demand in your area. We’d rather show you a realistic range — including the slow case — than sell you a number.

What it takes to set up

A full hub is roughly ₦22m all-in — but you don’t start there. Most partners begin with a lighter pilot depot of about ₦10m, prove the demand, then scale to the full kit. Here’s the full-build picture.

ItemIndicative cost
Small delivery van₦12.0m
Two dispatch bikes₦3.0m
Premises — rent & fees (secured for the term)₦3.12m
Working capital (first weeks)₦1.5m
Branding kit & fit-out₦2.45m
Full build — indicative total~₦22m

Pilot depot stage starts from about ₦10m. Figures are indicative and vary by city and property.

A de-risked, phased path

You don’t commit the full investment on faith. We prove demand together, in stages.

Weeks 1–2

Demand check

We confirm order demand in your zone before you spend on vehicles or fit-out.

Months 1–3

Pilot depot

Launch lean (from ~₦10m), start taking live orders and prove the unit economics in your area.

Months 4–6

Full kit

Scale to the complete hub — full fleet, full branding — once the pilot is working.

Month 7+

Grow

Push volume, hit the targets, and secure your territory as the network expands around you.

Who we’re looking for

We’re selective on purpose — a hub only works with the right partner behind it. You’re a strong fit if you tick most of these:

You own, or can lease, a suitable site in your target city
Street-level unit, at least 15m², with parking for bikes and a van
You can invest from around ₦10m of your own capital
You’ve run a shop, logistics, transport or similar business before
You can hire and manage a small local team of riders and a driver
You’re ready to commit to Travo’s service standards

Where we’re opening hubs

Lagos and Abuja are the immediate priority — but strong partners in any Nigerian city help decide where we expand next.

Priority city

Lagos

High-demand zones across the mainland and island — Lekki, Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Ikorodu, Ajah, Festac and beyond. If you hold a good site in a busy Lagos LGA, you’re exactly who we want to talk to.

Priority city

Abuja (FCT)

Growing demand across Wuse, Garki, Maitama, Gwarinpa, Lugbe, Kubwa and the satellite towns. Early hubs in Abuja get first pick of territory.

Questions, answered honestly

The things serious partners ask before they commit.

How much does it cost to start a Travo hub?
There is no upfront franchise fee. You fund the hub itself — premises, two delivery bikes and a small van, branding and working capital. A full build is roughly ₦22m, but most partners begin with a lighter pilot depot of around ₦10m and scale up once the numbers are proven. You also place a ₦250,000 onboarding deposit, which is credited back against your first month’s commission.
Is the income guaranteed?
No — and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we guarantee is the structure that makes income reliable: orders routed to your hub first, prices set nationally, payments collected for you (including cash on delivery) and paid out weekly. Travo only earns when you earn, so our incentives are aligned. The figures on this page are illustrative scenarios, not promises; your result depends on your location, your team and demand in your zone.
Do I get an exclusive area?
Yes. Each hub runs an exclusive territory — typically your own LGA or about a 4km radius — for as long as you meet the service targets (order acceptance, on-time rate and customer rating). No other Travo hub will be placed inside your zone while you’re performing.
How and when do I get paid?
Travo collects every payment, including cash on delivery, and pays you weekly — seven days after delivery. You earn a commission on every job: 15% on bike deliveries, 20% on van jobs, and 10% on orders you bring in yourself, plus a small hub fee per parcel handled.
What exactly does Travo provide?
The platform and brand, a steady flow of orders routed to your hub first, national marketing, the pricing, all payment collection and weekly payouts, the driver app, full onboarding and ongoing operational support, and your hub’s listing inside the Travo app. You bring the location, the vehicles, the local team and the day-to-day running.
What kind of location do I need?
A street-level unit of at least 15 square metres with room to park the bikes and van, in a busy, accessible part of your target area. You can own it or lease it — but a lease needs to be secured for the term. If you’re unsure whether your property qualifies, apply anyway and we’ll assess it with you.
Which cities are you opening in?
Lagos and Abuja are the immediate priority, and we’re building a national network from there. If you have a strong location and the right profile in another Nigerian city, we still want to hear from you — early partners help shape where we expand next.
How long is the agreement and can I exit?
The partnership runs for 24 months and is renewable. Either side can exit on 60 days’ notice, and a short non-compete applies afterwards. The onboarding is phased on purpose so you can prove demand before committing the full investment.
