How fast is same-day delivery, really?
Book in the morning in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt and it's delivered the same day — with express dispatch riders for the genuinely urgent runs. You see the rider, the route and the proof-of-delivery photo. It's the service our 10,000+ users lean on most.
Can you move heavy loads — trucks, containers, construction materials?
That's our haulage arm: 5-tonne to 30-tonne trucks, tippers for sand and granite, and scheduled interstate corridors connecting Lagos, the North and the East. Construction sites, agro loads, warehouse transfers — priced per route, tracked per trip.
Do you handle house or office moves?
End to end — trained crews, padded handling, the right-sized van or truck, and one coordinator who owns your move from first box to last. Within your city or interstate.
What happens if something goes wrong with my delivery?
Every job carries an evidence trail — pickup photos, tamper-evident handling, delivery PINs and proof photos — so disputes are settled on facts, not stories. Report any issue on the official WhatsApp line and it's escalated with the full job record attached. That evidence culture is the product; speed is just the bonus.
Can I schedule deliveries in advance, or make them recurring?
Yes — reserve one-off pickups for a future date, or set standing orders: daily business pickups, weekly market runs, monthly diesel deliveries. Recurring customers get priority slotting; it's the closest thing to having your own logistics department.

What is SecurePay and why should I care?
SecurePay is escrow for Nigerian commerce: the buyer pays into protection, the seller ships, and the money is released only when the goods arrive and check out. No more "pay before delivery" gambling, no more vanishing sellers. If you've ever been burned buying online, this is the fix.
How do I pay for Travo services?
Transfer or card, in naira, always to Travo's corporate accounts — never to any personal account, no matter what anyone claims. International services (like the UK address) show pound equivalents billed at the day's published rate. High-value transactions can run through SecurePay for full escrow protection.
Do you refund if a service isn't delivered?
If we don't perform, you don't pay — that's what the evidence trail is for. Jobs paid through SecurePay refund automatically from escrow when delivery fails verification; other services are resolved against the job record on the official line. Keep everything on official channels and the record protects you.
Can I earn airtime and data with Travo?
Yes — Travo Rewards pays in airtime and data, not points: rewards for your first delivery, referring a driver, KYC and more, plus instant airtime and data top-ups for all networks right in the app. Your logistics app shouldn't just cost you money.

How does the UK shopping address work?
You get a personal suite at our London address — 137 Whitecross Street, Islington, EC1Y 8JL. Shop Amazon, ASOS, Argos, any UK store, and ship to your suite. We photograph every arrival, consolidate multiple orders into one box (one handling fee instead of many), and fly it door-to-door to Nigeria in 5–10 working days. All pricing in naira, shown before anything ships.
What does UK-to-Nigeria shipping cost?
Standard air is ₦14,000/kg (~£7) door-to-door Lagos, express ₦20,000/kg, sea from ₦7,500/kg for bulky loads. Delivery acceptance is ₦50,000 (£25) per parcel — covering check-in, photos and 30 days' storage — and shipment handling ₦60,000 (£30) per shipment, not per parcel, which is why consolidation saves customers 30%+ on multi-store hauls. Is there a US address too?
Not yet — and you get a say in it. We're polling demand for an American address (Houston? Atlanta? Tax-free Delaware?) before we build. Voting takes two minutes, costs nothing, and voters go first in line if it launches.
I have Amazon or other gift cards — can I actually use them?
Yes, at full value — stop selling them to resellers at a discount. Shop the UK store yourself and ship to your Travo suite, or hand the card to our concierge shopping service and we buy exactly what you want. Either way the card's whole value lands in Nigeria as goods.
Can you ship cargo internationally — beyond personal shopping?
Yes — air and sea freight, import and export, with customs guidance and the same evidence culture on both ends. From a single carton to consolidated commercial cargo.

What are the business delivery plans?
Two flat-rate plans and a custom tier: Starter at ₦50,000/month for 20 deliveries (₦2,500 each — well under street dispatch rates), Growth at ₦120,000/month with unlimited local deliveries under fair use, priority dispatch and a dedicated rider, and Scale for multi-branch operations. If you're doing 15+ deliveries a month, a plan almost certainly saves you money — the calculator on the page will tell you honestly if it doesn't.
Can I get a dedicated rider for my business?
Yes — Growth-plan businesses get a consistent, vetted rider who learns your routes, your packaging and your customers' names. Your delivery guy stops being a stranger with your reputation in his box.
Do you deliver time-critical documents — contracts, court filings, instruments?
That's Document Express: chain-of-custody courier for law firms, banks and corporates — direct runs, wait-and-sign service, multi-signatory circuits, and scheduled retainer runs, all custody-logged. Not dispatch. Chain of custody.
Can Travo handle my warehousing and fulfilment?
Yes — storage, pick-and-pack and last-mile in one pipeline, so your online store runs without you touching a box. Pair it with a delivery plan and your entire logistics operation is one invoice.
Can my business source inventory from abroad through Travo?

Can I verify my driver before getting in the car?
Always — you receive the driver's name, photo and vehicle details before your flight even lands, and you can confirm any Travo staff member on the official verification line. If the person at arrivals doesn't match the details, don't enter; message the line.
Does Travo help with flights and visas?
Yes — flight deals, visa guidance and full corporate travel management for companies. Pair a trip with an airport pickup on each end and the journey is handled door to door.
Can I hire a driver or car for the day?
Vetted drivers by the day or on retainer, and executive vehicles for meetings, protocol and events — booked like any other Travo service, evidence culture included.

Can I invest in delivery vehicles and have Travo run them?
Yes — the fleet partnership: you buy the vehicle, registered in your name, and Travo manages everything — driver, jobs from our own demand, maintenance and a monthly itemised statement. And read this twice: income is never guaranteed — anyone who promises otherwise, walk away.
How do I become a Travo rider or driver?
Apply through the app or WhatsApp — vetting, training and onboarding are structured, and our Driver Academy (including HDV training for heavy vehicles) builds careers, not just gigs. Trained partners get first access to dedicated-rider and fleet placements.
I'm an investor — how do I engage with Travo itself?

How do I know I'm talking to the real Travo?
Three checks, every time: our only WhatsApp is +234 916 335 2137, our only sites are travo.ng and services.travo.ng, and payment only ever goes to corporate accounts — never personal. Anyone deviating from any of those three is an impersonator, full stop. When in doubt, verify on the safety page before a naira moves.
How are riders and drivers vetted?
Identity verification, guarantor checks, training through onboarding and the Academy, GPS tracking on jobs, and an evidence trail — photos, PINs, custody logs — that protects customers and honest riders alike. Bad actors don't survive a system where everything is recorded.
Someone contacted me claiming to be Travo and it felt off. What do I do?
Stop, don't pay, and report it — message "FRAUD REPORT" to the official line with screenshots. Impersonation and cloned-WhatsApp scams are the fastest-growing fraud in Nigerian logistics; every report you send protects the next customer. We will never rush you, never switch accounts mid-deal, and never ask for payment to a personal account.
Is Travo environmentally responsible?
Practically, not performatively: batched deliveries and consolidation cut empty trips, sea-freight options cut air miles on bulky cargo, and the sustainability page keeps an honest ledger of what's live versus what's roadmap — no greenwash.
