Air Peace booking, refund or airport-office help?
For a missing e-ticket after payment, Air Peace’s booking page directs customers to callcenter@flyairpeace.com. For a refund request it names callcenter.refund@flyairpeace.com. These are different requests: explain whether you are asking for a ticket to be issued, a change to be priced or a refund to be considered. A payment alert alone does not tell the helpdesk which outcome you want.
If you need an in-person desk, consult the airline’s sales-outlet directory before leaving home. A city sales office and an airport check-in desk have different purposes. Confirm the departure terminal for your actual route and travel date, especially when arranging a Lagos pickup or a connection. Keep the booking channel and any existing case number in your email so the team can trace earlier correspondence.
