Reservations support and Ibom Flyer support are different desks
Send ticketing and reservation questions to reservations@ibomair.com. If the issue is a loyalty account or missing Ibom Flyer credit, use ibomflyersupport@ibomair.com and identify the membership issue separately. This prevents a points enquiry from being mixed with an urgent request to change a flight. The general info address is available when the enquiry does not concern a specific ticket.
For Nigeria callers, plan around the published WAT service hours rather than assuming the phone is staffed overnight.
