This page replaces our 2025 price list: most GIGM fares have risen since then, and several routes our old table priced at under ₦45,000 now cost more.

How GIGM fares have moved in 2026
Comparing a March 2026 listing with the August figures shows how quickly GIGM prices change, especially at the lower end of each range.

The biggest single factor is fuel. On 28 September 2026 NNPC cut its pump price to ₦1,370 a litre in Lagos and ₦1,405 in Abuja, after Dangote Refinery lowered its gantry price. If pump prices stay lower, bus fares may ease; in the meantime, check the live fare on the day. More broadly, the NBS put the average intercity bus fare at ₦9,699.55 in May 2026, up 21.89% on a year earlier.

GIG Motors, God Is Good Motors and GIGM searches often refer to the passenger booking enquiry. They should not be confused with a GIG Logistics parcel quote. A passenger seat and a shipment have different pricing inputs, acceptance and proof of purchase. State which service you need before comparing amounts.
Use GIGM’s official booking channel to request the selected date, origin and destination. Record the actual service class, terminal, luggage and complete payable total. For a family or staff group, ask whether seats can be confirmed together; a quoted fare for one seat does not establish availability for everyone.
The earlier dated amounts in this guide remain historical references. For a new booking, keep the quote time and intended travel date together.
