How to book an airport pickup: step by step
- Open the Travo app and choose airport pickup, or send us a WhatsApp message.
- Enter the airport, terminal, flight number and scheduled arrival time.
- Add the number of passengers and bags, and any child seats or special needs.
- Choose the vehicle and add meet and greet if you want a name placard.
- Enter the drop-off address. For hotels, include the hotel name and area.
- Confirm the booking and save the driver’s details when they are sent to you.
Travelling out? Book the drop-off for early enough to allow for traffic and check-in. In Lagos, traffic to the airport can be heavy at peak times, so build in spare time.
What to send your driver before you land
- Flight number and date. This lets the driver follow your actual landing time.
