- A greeter waiting with a name board at an agreed point, with your flight tracked for delays.
- Help to find the right queues and counters for immigration, baggage reclaim and customs.
- Luggage help to and from the kerb, and a porter where the airport allows it.
- A handover to a pre-booked driver, or check-in and bag-drop help on departure.
- Updates to a family member or office contact that you have landed and are on your way.
What happens inside restricted areas depends on each airport’s rules and on what access the provider actually holds. Before you pay, ask exactly where the greeter will meet you (air bridge, immigration hall, baggage hall or arrivals exit) and what they can and cannot do.

Arrival formalities your greeter cannot skip for you
A meet and assist service helps you move through the process; it does not change the rules. Since 1 May 2025 Nigeria has run an e-visa system for foreign visitors, and visa on arrival was discontinued. Non-Nigerians and dual citizens must also complete a digital landing card online within 72 hours before arrival and an exit card within 72 hours before departure. Useful points to prepare:
- E-visa (foreign nationals): apply at evisa.immigration.gov.ng. Envoy Global reported approval within 48 hours when the system launched.
- Landing and exit cards: complete them at lecard.immigration.gov.ng before you travel.
- Passport validity: at least six months remaining from the date of arrival.
- Yellow fever certificate: required if you arrive from a country with a risk of yellow fever transmission.
