    Parcel quote questions

    Quick answers before you send.

How is the parcel price calculated?
By the weight band you choose and the real distance between your pickup and delivery addresses. You see the full breakdown — base fee plus service fee — before you order.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Getting the price is free and needs no sign-up. You only register when you continue with the order, which also lets you track it.
How long is my quote valid?
48 hours. After that, just generate a fresh one — it's instant.
    What can't I send?
Nothing illegal or hazardous. Parcels above 50kg need a custom quote — message us and we'll sort it. For bulky loads, use Haulage instead.
    Where does Travo deliver?
Most of Nigeria, much of West Africa, and some international routes. If a route can't be fulfilled, we'll tell you upfront.
