Travo Hub Partnerships · Lagos

Run a Travo delivery hub in Lagos.

Lagos runs on movement. Twenty-million-plus people, Nigeria’s busiest commercial engine, and a parcel-and-errand economy that never stops — yet last-mile delivery is still fragmented and local. A Travo hub puts you at the centre of it in your own part of the city, with an exclusive territory and the demand already there.

₦0 upfront franchise fee Weekly payouts Exclusive Lagos territory Demand already here
Nigeria’s commercial capital
The densest concentration of buyers, sellers and SMEs in the country — demand is already here.
Traffic makes last-mile king
In a city this congested, a local hub that knows its streets beats a van sent across town.
E-commerce on your doorstep
Online orders, marketplace sellers and daily errands all need a reliable local depot.
Island to mainland
From Lekki to Ikorodu, every busy LGA can support its own exclusive hub.

Priority zones across Lagos

We’re opening hubs LGA by LGA. These are the Lagos zones where demand is strongest and territory is still open — if you hold a good site in one of them, you’re exactly who we want to talk to.

Lagos zone

Lekki & Lagos Island

High-value e-commerce, dense residential estates and offices — strong parcel and errand demand, every day.

Lagos zone

Ikeja & Maryland

The business hub and airport corridor — offices, retail and corporate movement that needs a reliable local partner.

Lagos zone

Yaba & Surulere

The tech cluster and dense mainland living — a constant flow of small parcels and quick errands.

Lagos zone

Ikorodu

A fast-growing corridor still under-served by organised logistics — real first-mover advantage for an early hub.

Lagos zone

Ajah & Sangotedo

Booming new estates along the Lekki-Epe axis where demand is outpacing the delivery options available.

Lagos zone

Festac, Amuwo & Apapa

Established mainland density plus the port corridor — steady household, SME and trade-linked demand.

Elsewhere in Lagos — Gbagada, Ogba, Magodo, Ikota, Badagry and more — we’re still mapping territory. Apply and tell us your area.

Travo sets pricing and collects every payment, cash included
National marketing keeps the order pipeline full
You’re paid weekly — seven days after delivery

Lagos partner questions

The things Lagos applicants ask most.

Which Lagos areas are you prioritising?
Lekki and Lagos Island, Ikeja, Yaba and Surulere, Ikorodu, and the Ajah–Sangotedo axis are top priority — but any busy Lagos LGA with the right site and partner is open. Territory is assigned one hub per zone, first come first served.
I have a shop or space in Lagos — can it be a hub?
Possibly. We’re looking for a street-level unit of at least 15m² in a busy, accessible spot, with room to park two bikes and a small van. If you own or can lease something close to that, apply and we’ll assess it with you.
Is there already a Travo hub in my area?
Each zone is exclusive to one hub while that partner meets the service targets. Apply with your area and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s still open.
How much do I need to start in Lagos?
There’s no franchise fee. You fund the hub itself — premises, two bikes and a small van, branding and working capital. Most Lagos partners begin with a lighter pilot depot of around ₦10m and scale once demand is proven. Full details are on the main franchise page.
