Lagos waste coverage map: who picks up your bin?
All of Lagos, area by area — real LGA boundaries, coloured by LAWMA district. Tap your area to see its assigned PSP operators, ward by ward, and call them directly.
📌 What's exact and what's estimated: area boundaries are the official 20 Lagos LGA administrative boundaries (open data: geoBoundaries, CC BY 4.0). LAWMA assigns operators at LCDA/ward level, and ward boundary maps aren't published — so within each coloured area, coverage is shown as the directory's own text descriptions; where your street sits between two wards, confirm with the operator or LAWMA. Operator data: LAWMA Domestic & Commercial PSP Directory, retrieved 17 August 2026. LCDAs marked "list pending" are being added — see LAWMA meanwhile.
🗑️ What's a PSP operator?
Private Sector Participation operators are the LAWMA-licensed companies assigned to collect household and commercial waste in each ward of Lagos. Your ward has a designated operator — you don't choose them, but you should know them and have their number.
📞 Bin not being picked up?
First call your ward's operator (numbers on the map). If it persists, escalate to LAWMA on 07080601020 or via lawma.gov.ng — quoting your LGA and ward gets you routed fastest. Payments go through official LAWMA channels only.
🚛 What PSPs don't do
PSP trucks handle routine bin collection. One-off loads — house clearances, renovation debris, moving-day junk, event waste — need a separate skip or truck. That's where Travo comes in ↓
Need a skip, clearance or one-off pickup?
Travo Rubbish Collection books skips and waste trucks across Lagos for the loads your PSP won't take — house clear-outs, site debris, bulky items. Booked in minutes, priced upfront.
