Business Document Express

Signed. Sealed. Delivered in hours.

When the document is a court filing, a tender, a mandate or a contract waiting for ink, "dispatch rider" isn't the job description. This is priority document courier work: sealed handling, chain of custody, a courier who waits for the signature — and treats your deadline as theirs.

✓ Sealed & custody-logged ✓ Wait-and-sign round trips ✓ Direct runs — no other stops

Why it commands a premium

Not dispatch. Chain of custody.

A normal parcel needs to arrive. A legal document needs to arrive provably — who sealed it, who carried it, who received it, at what minute, with what stamp. Every Document Express job produces that record automatically.

1

Sealed at pickup

Tamper-evident envelope, photographed with your sender's name and time.

2

Custody logged

The courier signs on — identity-verified, confidentiality-bound, documents carried unopened.

3

Direct transit

No pooling with other parcels on express runs; movement visible to your office.

4

Named handover

Recipient's name, signature and time — acknowledgment stamps photographed where obtained.

5

Custody report

The full trail — photos, names, timestamps — lands in your inbox for the file.

Vetted document couriers — presentable, briefed for registries, banks and reception desks
Confidential by default — sealed envelopes, no reading, no copying, discretion at both ends
Deadline discipline — filing and tender cut-offs stated at booking and planned backwards from
For firms & institutions

An account, not an ad-hoc rider

Firms that move documents daily shouldn't be negotiating each run. A Document Express account puts the whole flow on rails — booked by anyone on your team, billed once a month, answerable to one named contact.

  • Priority dispatch ahead of standard bookings
  • Volume rates on daily and weekly runs
  • One consolidated monthly invoice with per-job custody reports
  • Named account contact who knows your courts, branches and buildings
  • Declared-value handling with insurance options for instruments

Document courier questions

How fast can a document move across the city?
Express runs are direct — one courier, no other stops — with same-day standard and priority windows of a few hours within city zones. Your deadline is stated at booking and the pickup time is planned backwards from it, then confirmed as a firm commitment before dispatch.
Do you handle court filings?
We deliver to registries before closing, obtain acknowledgment stamps per your written instructions, and return stamped copies same day. Where court rules require service by specific persons, our courier acts strictly as your delivery agent under your instructions — we move the paper; the legal steps remain your counsel's.
What about cheques and bank instruments?
Instruments move under declared value with insurance options, sealed handling and named handover at both ends — discussed per account, since banks often have their own custody requirements we align with.
How is confidentiality protected?
Sealed tamper-evident envelopes photographed at handover, identity-verified and confidentiality-bound couriers, documents carried unopened, and a custody report showing every hand the envelope passed through. You can also verify any courier on the official line before handing anything over.
Which cities does this run in?
Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt as priority zones, with intercity document movement on our covered corridors — same-day between Lagos and Abuja is routinely possible when booked in the morning.

The registry closes at 3. We plan backwards from that.

Sealed handling, chain of custody, wait-and-sign round trips — the document courier your letterhead deserves.
